Job Title: Senior Tax Manager / Director - Partnership Tax

Location: Remote 

Join a top accounting firm as a Senior Tax Manager, / Director specializing in complex partnership taxation. As a key player on our dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sophisticated tax strategies for our high-net-worth clients, focusing on partnership structures and tax compliance. Experience with Venture Capital Partnerships will be key for this fast-track to partnership opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage tax compliance and planning for a diverse portfolio of complex partnership clients.
• Provide strategic tax advice related to partnership structures, transactions, and tax minimization.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality client service and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to offer integrated solutions across various tax areas.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for all tax matters.
• Stay current on tax law changes and implement strategies to ensure clients are compliant and tax-efficient.

Qualifications:

• CPA with 5+ years of experience in tax, with a strong focus on partnership taxation.
• Proven track record of managing complex tax matters, including partnership allocations, M&A transactions, and tax planning.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, while maintaining high productivity and communication standards.
