What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of construction litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, attending hearings, and negotiating resolutions
Skillset: Confident in handling complex contract disputes, defect claims, and general commercial litigation within the construction space
Licensed: Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing
Mindset: Proactive, organized, and able to manage cases from start to finish with support—not micromanagement
