What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 2 years of construction litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, attending hearings, and negotiating resolutions

  • Skillset: Confident in handling complex contract disputes, defect claims, and general commercial litigation within the construction space

  • Licensed: Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing

  • Mindset: Proactive, organized, and able to manage cases from start to finish with support—not micromanagement
