What You'll Do
- Lead healthcare projects through programming, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
- Provide technical leadership throughout all phases of project delivery
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
- Develop creative and functional architectural solutions that meet healthcare requirements and client goals
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents for quality and accuracy
- Participate in client discussions and contribute to project strategy
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical excellence across the team
Ideal Background
- 10+ years of architectural experience
- Strong healthcare project experience including hospitals, outpatient facilities, medical office buildings, or similar environments
- Licensed Architect preferred
- Experience leading project teams and coordinating consultants
- Strong understanding of healthcare design standards, FGI Guidelines, ADA requirements, and building codes
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance technical expertise with client-focused project leadership
Education & Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited program
- Professional architectural license preferred
- Advanced Revit experience required
- Experience with architectural documentation, specifications, and construction detailing
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $115,000–$150,000+ depending on experience
