I'm working with a well-established, growth-oriented construction company that is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join their team. This organization has a strong reputation for delivering complex projects with excellence, maintaining long-term client relationships, and creating an environment where their field leaders are truly supported. 

What They’re Looking For:

• 1-10+ years of experience overseeing full-cycle commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to lead field operations, subcontractors, and site teams
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, scheduling, and quality control
• Experience coordinating with project managers, owners, and inspectors
• Ability to solve problems quickly and keep projects on track and within scope
• A leadership style that balances accountability with clear communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily onsite operations and maintain a safe, organized jobsite
• Oversee subcontractor work, trade coordination, and project sequencing
• Track progress, mitigate delays, and ensure quality workmanship
• Act as the primary point of contact on the jobsite
• Provide guidance to junior superintendents and foremen
