Position: Litigation Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX

I am partnering with a well-respected national litigation firm seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience in medical malpractice, healthcare or professional liability litigation, labor & employment, or a related practice area. The firm represents sophisticated clients in complex disputes and offers attorneys the opportunity to work alongside accomplished litigators on healthcare, professional liability, workplace, and other high-stakes matters. The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonus potential.

What We Need

• 3–7 years of litigation experience preferred
• Experience in medical malpractice, healthcare litigation, professional liability, labor & employment, or a related practice area
• Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and case strategy
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with senior attorneys and clients
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Active Bar license in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction

What You’ll Do

• Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and related filings
• Take and defend depositions; prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Work with clients on case strategy, discovery responses, reporting, and risk assessment
• Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys on healthcare, professional liability, employment, and related disputes
• Build client relationships while delivering practical, business-minded counsel
