About the Company:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Cost Segregation Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires strong outbound sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for real estate and financial solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating clients, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to generate leads and build client relationships.
  • Work closely with real estate investors, CPAs, and business owners to identify tax-saving opportunities.
  • Educate potential clients on cost segregation strategies and the benefits of tax savings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand client reach and business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, with a strong background in outbound cold calling.
  • Brokerage experience preferred – Cost Segregation, Leasing, or Commercial Real Estate sales is a plus.
  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads into successful client partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate investment strategies and tax incentives is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
