Position: Litigation Attorney

I am working directly with the leadership of a respected litigation boutique in the El Segundo area that is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its team. This firm handles sophisticated matters with a selective, low-volume approach that allows attorneys to focus on high-quality litigation work rather than high case volume. The Litigation Attorney will join a collaborative team handling complex disputes across multiple practice areas.

About the Role

The Litigation Attorney will manage civil litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, preparing for hearings and trial, and working closely with clients on litigation strategy.

This Litigation Attorney position involves work on a range of disputes, including commercial business litigation, professional liability matters, employment disputes, and personal injury litigation. The Litigation Attorney will have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility while working alongside experienced litigators.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have 3–15 years of civil litigation experience
  • Experience drafting and arguing motions
  • Experience taking and defending depositions
  • Familiarity with California state and federal courts
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary $150K-$300K + bonus
