Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with clients through personal attention and timeliness of service

  • Timely and accurate review of:

  • Tax returns (including multi-state) for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts and individuals

  • Individual and corporate tax planning projections

  • Written correspondence for Federal and State tax authority notices

  • Research tax issues and monitor Federal and State legislation

  • Assist in the development and training of staff

  • Present at internal training sessions

Qualifications

  • CPA license

  • 3-5 years of managerial experience in a public accounting firm

  • Experience with trust and estates a plus

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to effectively delegate work as needed

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills

  • Attention to detail
