Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in active litigation matters before Indiana state and federal courts
• Manage all phases of litigation, from pre-trial to post-trial motions and hearings
• Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Engage in effective legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients
• Cultivate relationships with existing clients while actively growing a client base
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and firm initiatives
• Continuously pursue professional development and stay current on relevant legal trends and changes in the law

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience representing clients in legal matters, with a focus on litigation
• Proven experience handling active litigation in Indiana state and/or federal courts
• In-depth knowledge of Indiana Trial Rules and court procedures
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively work with clients, staff, and external parties
• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
• Member in good standing and active in the Indiana Bar
• A genuine interest in growing your practice and client base within the firm’s expanding portfolio
