A rapidly growing Phoenix construction company is seeking a highly-skilled Director of Field Operations to add to their team. This company is known for their unwavering commitment to quality and unmatched project experience. This newly established Field Operations position will help ensure communication, expertise and project delivery with field staff and the administrative office. 

This opportunity is designed for a commercial and/or industrial Senior Superintendent or General Superintendent who has a strong background in successfully executing large-scale projects. This position offers a great work-life balance and commitment to individual development. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams and construction professionals
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, Sub-Contractors and Clients
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures, while promoting a culture of safety on-site
• Oversee construction projects, schedules, budgets and material deliveries
• Be proactive in problem solving and address project needs accordingly
• Be a liaison between all construction professionals in the field and the administrative office

Preferred Experience:

• 10+ years experience leading successful commercial and/or industrial projects
• 5+ years experience in a Senior Superintendent and/or General Superintendent role
• Strong leadership skills with previous management of construction professionals
• Proficient in construction management software
• History of completed commercial and/or industrial projects with values 5-20M

Compensation/Benefits:

• $160K-$180K base salary
