Personal Injury Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation and trial experience, with a proven track record of obtaining favorable outcomes for clients. This role requires excellent legal acumen, strategic thinking, and outstanding courtroom advocacy skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial.

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.

  • Take and defend depositions, including expert witness depositions.

  • Develop and execute case strategies to maximize client compensation.

  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.

  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

  • Provide exceptional client communication and support throughout the legal process.

 

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active bar license in California and in good standing.

  • 6+ years of personal injury litigation experience, including trial experience.

  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law, insurance claims, and civil litigation procedures.

  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients.
