Employment Law Attorney – Seattle, WA

A highly regarded law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role handling complex employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, wrongful termination, and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage employment litigation cases from start to finish

  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and conduct legal research

  • Counsel clients on employment policies and compliance strategies

  • Negotiate settlements and participate in strategic planning

  • Mentor junior attorneys and support firm-wide initiatives

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Active Washington State Bar membership

  • Minimum 5 years of employment law experience

  • Proven first-chair trial experience

  • Strong litigation skills, including depositions and motions practice

  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
