Are you an experienced Payroll Manager looking for a new opportunity?

Our client, a leading national specialty contractor, is seeking a skilled professional to oversee payroll operations.

This in-office role offers a chance to join a 100% employee-owned company with a strong team of project managers, engineers, and skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Process weekly payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping

✅ Handle Certified Payroll Reporting and union reporting

✅ Administer the electronic timekeeping system

✅ Process garnishments, child support payments, and direct deposits

✅ Maintain field employee files and assist with payroll tax deposits

✅ Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting principles

Qualifications:

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems

✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

✔ Knowledge of accounting principles & payroll processing
