Kitchen/Bath Design and Sales Team Member in Oshkosh

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Kitchen/Bath Design & Sales Team Member to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service by assisting customers with the purchase of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, and other items as deemed necessary. You will assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable guidance. This role also involves maintaining the assigned areas in-stock, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and sell kitchen and bathroom layouts for residential clients as well as our multifamily division. May involve showcasing flooring options to clients.
• This is in person rotating between 2 retail locations, will also be assisting walk in customers and answering client calls as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment within the department
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in design, including cabinets, countertops, with some knowledge of flooring preferred
• Experience with multifamily and commercial design projects is a plus
• Preferred: Certification in Design or related field
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented skills
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
• Proactive and helpful, always looking for ways to assist customers
• Experience with design software is a plus
