About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for injured clients and a proven track record of handling personal injury cases from inception to resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with a strong focus on client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and more.
• Conduct case evaluations, develop legal strategies, and negotiate settlements.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with legal staff and team members to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California bar license (required).
• At least 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
• Strong litigation skills, including drafting, negotiation, and trial preparation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A compassionate and client-focused approach to legal representation.
