  • Manage an Exclusive Portfolio: Take the reins of a select group of premium Commercial Lines clients, building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
  • Streamline Operations: Work closely with the Director of Commercial Lines to refine and optimize workflows, making our processes more efficient and effective.
  • Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services, including cross-selling and exploring new coverage options to support both client and departmental growth.
  • Achieve Success: Help us reach our ambitious agency goals, contributing to performance metrics and business objectives.
  • Elevate Client Service: Consistently go above and beyond to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Analyze and Report: Review monthly performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build Strong Carrier Relationships: Cultivate meaningful connections with insurance carriers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Foster a Positive Work Culture: Create an environment that inspires collaboration, productivity, and a positive atmosphere within the department.
  • Champion Training: Provide ongoing guidance and training, ensuring the team utilizes our systems and resources to their fullest potential.
  • Support Team Development: Play an active role in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
  • Take On New Challenges: Be open to additional responsibilities and opportunities that arise within the role.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Commercial Lines insurance.
  • License: An active P&C License.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with others.
  • Problem Solver: Outstanding skills in customer service and resolving challenges.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
