Job Description

Gpac is partnering with a well-known food manufacturing company near La Crosse, Wisconsin seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work directly with senior leadership. This is a strategic HR leadership role working directly with senior and executive leadership across business units. The focus is on high-impact employee relations, leadership coaching, and driving culture, DEI, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness. What You’ll Do:

• Partner with executives on HR strategy and organizational change
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee relations
• Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and confidential investigation
• Recruit and onboard senior-level talent
• Support 3rd shift employees (early starts 2x per week)

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in HR, with strong employee relations and strategic advising experience
• Proven background in leadership coaching, DEI, employment law, and risk mitigation
• Experience recruiting executive-level talent
• Professionalism, discretion, and strategic mindset
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; food industry experience a plus
