Their IT department plays a critical role in powering their mission. Their IT department is currently 50 members strong and is a dynamic team. They are expanding to meet the needs of their growing business. They are growing the team by 4 new team members—including a IT Systems Administrator who will help us maintain and advance our technology infrastructure.
As our IT Systems Administrator, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of their IT systems. You’ll work on-site at theirr headquarters, collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

Maintain, monitor, and optimize servers, networks, and cloud-based infrastructure (Azure)
Manage system updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols across the organization
Support SQL database administration, troubleshooting, and optimization
Collaborate with IT leadership and team members on system design and implementation
Assist in onboarding new systems and tools as part of our department’s expansion
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a mid-sized company (300–800 employees preferred)
Proficient in cybersecurity, SQL, and Microsoft Azure
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
