Tax Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established CPA firm that values retention, trust, and long-term growth. They’re seeking a Tax Manager ready to help lead client engagements, mentor teams, and shape the future of the firm.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee preparation and review of complex federal and state returns for individuals, corporations (C-Corp, S-Corp), partnerships, and fiduciary entities.

  • Develop tax strategies and research solutions to resolve complex issues.

  • Guide clients through audits, notices, and long-term planning.

  • Lead and mentor junior staff while contributing to internal process improvements.

  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

  • CPA or EA certification preferred (or actively pursuing)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting

  • Hands-on experience with tax compliance and planning

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
