What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of Maintenance Leadership Experience (lead or supervisory role)
• 5-7 years of experience in maintenance in food production or a similar manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge in ovens, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, etc. (a huge plus!)
• Quick thinker with solid leadership skills who’s ready to take action!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
