GPAC is working with a well-established food manufacturing company in Western Ohio that is looking to bring on a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join their leadership team. We are currently interviewing and prepared to move quickly for the right person.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being out on the production floor, supporting their team, keeping operations running smoothly, and maintaining strong food safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and support production team on 2nd shift (approx. 1pm – 10pm core)
• Keep production running efficiently while meeting safety, quality, and output goals
• Maintain and enforce food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and assist with continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate with other supervisors and leadership to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Lead by example and stay engaged with the team on the floor
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing
• Strong understanding of food safety and production processes
• Comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable leader who takes ownership of the shift and supports their team
• Experience with fruit, vegetable, or similar food processing is a plus
• $55,000 – $75,000 salary range (depending on experience)
