Experienced Truss Designer in Missoula

Job Description

gpac, a leader in the recruiting industry for over 30 years, has partnered with a well-established client who is seeking experienced Truss Designers to join their growing team!  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum three years experience in roof and/or floor truss design
• Strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of the Construction industry
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders depending on project requirements
• Excellent basic math and measurement skills
• CAD Proficiency
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace knowledge preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
• Previous experience in MiTek and/or Alpine software required
