Job Title: Maintenance Manager – Dairy Manufacturing (On-Site, Full-Time)

About the Role:
Lead a hands-on maintenance team in a fast-paced dairy plant! We’re seeking a Maintenance Manager to mentor staff, oversee equipment, and keep operations running smoothly. Work closely with plant leadership, production staff, and maintenance crews. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing, with leadership experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Train maintenance personnel on equipment and facility upkeep

  • Respond to or delegate maintenance calls; be available for emergencies

  • Lead preventative maintenance programs and maintain accurate records

  • Manage equipment files, parts/supplies, and purchase orders

  • Schedule outside contractors and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Maintain organized, safe work areas

  • Collaborate on projects with employees and contractors

  • Arrange annual boiler inspections and manage permits/certificates

  • Handle disciplinary issues as needed, keeping Operations Manager informed

  • Identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities

  • Ensure clear communication across managers and supervisors

  • Perform other duties assigned by plant leadership

  • 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in food manufacturing

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Hands-on, operational approach—this isn’t a desk-only role
