Production Supervisor (1st Shift or 2nd Shift) – Dairy Manufacturing | Wisconsin
gpac is partnering with a well-established dairy manufacturer in the West Central region that is looking to add two Production Supervisors to their leadership team — one on 1st shift and one on 2nd shift.
This facility has been producing high-quality, locally processed dairy products for over 30 years and is known for its strong culture, experienced workforce, and commitment to food safety and operational excellence. They’re looking for a hands-on leader who can drive production, support their team, and continue developing their management skills within a respected food manufacturing organization.

Shift Options• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule)• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members• Ensure shift productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met• Maintain strong safety and food safety practices across the department• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to troubleshoot production issues• Monitor inventory, production flow, and manufacturing performance• Communicate shift performance, planning needs, and operational updates with plant leadership• Enforce company policies, GMPs, and regulatory requirements
What They’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing (dairy experience a plus)• Proven leadership and communication skills• Strong understanding of GMPs, food safety, and production operations• Ability to work hands-on with production equipment and teams• Experience using production or data management systems• Motivated leader who can drive results and support team development
