I am partnered with a well known law firm looking to add an employment attorney to their team! 

Position: Employment Defense Attorney

Location: Orange County but can be remote anywhere in CA (must live in the state of CA)

About Us: Established mid-sized law firm with offices throughout the country.

• 8+ years of experience with employment law (including PAGA) - plaintiff or defense candidates welcomed 
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Experience attending mediations and drafting/opposing motions
• Comfortable attending court appearances
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including discrimination, wage and hour laws, and labor relations.
• J.D. & good standing with the CA bar
