A respected law firm in Northern Virginia or Richmond is seeking a Fiduciary Litigation Attorney interested in developing a practice in the specialized and growing area of fiduciary litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a foundation in estate administration or civil litigation who wants to expand their skill set into trust, estate, and fiduciary dispute matters.
The firm is committed to mentorship and long-term professional development and is willing to train the right attorney to build expertise in this niche practice area.
Opportunity to develop a practice handling fiduciary litigation matters, including disputes involving trusts, estates, and fiduciary duties
Work alongside experienced attorneys with hands-on mentorship and training
Ideal for attorneys with experience in estate administration or civil litigation who are open to learning the other side
Exposure to complex and high-value trust and estate disputes
Long-term career growth within a stable and collaborative firm environment
2+ years of legal experience preferred
Background in estate administration, probate, or civil litigation
Interest in developing expertise in fiduciary litigation and trust/estate disputes
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Motivated to build a long-term practice in a specialized litigation area
