We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager ready to join a local insurance firm and make an impact.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing expert advice to clients, and helping them protect their assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, delivering top-notch service to clients.
- Assess clients' insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and prepare quotes.
- Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring smooth and efficient resolutions.
- Stay current on industry trends and insurance products to provide expert advice.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Solicit and sell new policies and earn 40% commissions
- Renew existing policies and earn 40% commissions
Who you are:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 + years Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record of success.
- Licensing: Active IL Property & Casualty license required.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with Applied Epic is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
