A highly respected litigation practice is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Counsel or Partner-Level Attorney to join its ERISA and Financial Services Litigation group in San Diego (La Jolla). This team focuses on complex, high-value class action litigation representing plaintiffs in multi-million-dollar cases against major corporations and financial institutions.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned litigator who thrives in high-stakes, complex litigation and wants to play a key role in impactful cases that shape the financial services and benefits landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support complex ERISA and financial services class action litigation

• Handle cases involving multi-million-dollar claims against major corporations

• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and dispositive filings

• Conduct depositions, discovery strategy, and case development

• Collaborate with a highly skilled litigation team on sophisticated matters

• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of litigation experience (class action or complex litigation preferred)

• Experience with ERISA, financial services litigation, or complex commercial litigation

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively within a litigation team

• Admission to the California Bar (or ability to obtain)
