About the Opportunity

A growing litigation team is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney to join their practice serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney seeking to build courtroom experience and develop expertise in workers’ compensation litigation in a supportive, collaborative environment.

The firm offers a hybrid schedule, mentorship from experienced attorneys, and the opportunity to take increasing responsibility over files and client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workers’ compensation matters from initial intake through resolution

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

  • Conduct depositions and participate in hearings and mediations

  • Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel

  • Provide strategic case analysis and assist with litigation strategy

  • Maintain organized case files and meet court deadlines


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of legal experience (workers’ compensation experience preferred but not required)

  • Licensed in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey (both strongly preferred)

  • Strong writing, research, and litigation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently

  • Excellent communication and client service skills
