A highly respected securities, commercial, and complex civil litigation firm is seeking a Senior Attorney to join their team. This opportunity arises as a senior partner prepares for retirement, creating a unique pathway for an experienced attorney to step into a leadership role and help transition key matters and client relationships.
This position offers a rare fast-track path from Senior Associate to Shareholder, making it ideal for attorneys seeking long-term growth and leadership within a specialized litigation practice.
The firm is seeking an attorney with strong experience in securities and financial services litigation, with a particular focus on FINRA arbitration matters. The attorney will work closely with firm leadership and assist in the transition of a retiring partner’s practice, with the opportunity to quickly grow into a shareholder position.
Handle FINRA arbitration matters and securities-related disputes
Represent clients in financial services and complex commercial litigation
Assist with the transition of an existing book of business from a retiring partner
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Work directly with clients and help expand the firm’s securities litigation practice
5+ years of experience in securities or financial services litigation
Strong experience with FINRA arbitration (most critical component of this role)
Experience handling complex commercial litigation matters
Ability to manage cases independently
Interest in long-term leadership and partnership opportunities
