Director of Construction / President Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the construction team
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion
- Manage subcontractors and ensure high-quality work on projects

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Director of Construction / President Essential Job Functions:
- Extensive experience in leadership of a sub-contracting company
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and best practices
