Landfill Operations & Collections Manager – NE West Virginia

A rapidly growing tire recycling company is seeking a Landfill Operations & Collections Manager to oversee its monofill site in Northeast West Virginia. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of landfill operations, including staff supervision, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Train and manage employees while optimizing labor and workflow.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Drive cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through reliable service delivery.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in landfill operations or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Compensation & Growth:

• $75,000 – $95,000 base salary
• 15% bonus
