Pool Foreman Qualifications

• 3+ years of Commercial Swimming Pool construction experience, experience with, but not limited to: Hotels, Resorts, Recreation Centers, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively oversee projects
• Sound knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Strong team building skills
• Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints and contract documents
• Familiarity with construction related software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Travel to project sites as required, staying on-site
