A respected regional law firm is seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its litigation team in Seattle. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex medical malpractice matters while collaborating with an experienced litigation team in a stable and supportive environment.

Position Overview
5–8 years of civil litigation experience
Experience with medical malpractice matters preferred
Licensed to practice in Washington
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage cases and work collaboratively with a litigation team
Trial experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
Handle medical malpractice matters through all phases of litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct depositions and participate in mediations
Work with healthcare providers and expert witnesses
Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy
