The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and supporting design-build and plan-and-spec projects across a variety of project types. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with internal teams.
Minimum 3+ years of HVAC estimating and/or sales experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC field
Experience with design-build projects
Exposure to a variety of commercial project types
HVAC, plumbing, and piping experience
Experience with Quick Pen preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong time-management, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
