This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is confident handling cases independently and enjoys being actively involved in the litigation process, including courtroom appearances.

Position Overview
The firm is seeking a motivated attorney with civil litigation experience and strong courtroom presence. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cases independently and handling matters from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a litigation caseload from initial intake through trial or settlement
Conduct court appearances, hearings, depositions, and trials
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Develop litigation strategy and case evaluations
Participate in mediation, negotiations, and settlement discussions
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
Civil litigation experience required
Courtroom experience is a must
Ability to manage cases independently
Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
