Personal Injury Plaintiff Paralegal | Kendall, FL
A busy and well-established plaintiff personal injury firm in the Dadeland area of Miami is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigation professional with 7–10 years of plaintiff-side PI experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping cases organized and moving forward.

What You’ll Do
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
- E-file documents through the Florida e-Portal and manage case filings
- Maintain and manage the attorney’s calendar, ensuring strict compliance with all court deadlines
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Assist with trial logistics, including preparation and attendance when trials are held out of town
- Manage electronic case files and maintain detailed case organization
- Communicate with clients regularly, primarily via phone
- Coordinate travel logistics for attorneys, including flights, hotels, and transportation when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Strong experience with drafting pleadings, discovery, and court filings
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a heavy focus on calendaring and deadline management
- Experience coordinating depositions and trial preparation
- Strong computer and case management system skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
