Job Description

Gpac is working with a food manufacturing company near La Crosse, Wisconsin that is seeking an EHS Partner who will work directly with senior leadership. 

This is a high-impact role focused on developing and leading health and safety programs across multiple facilities. You’ll be responsible for compliance, training, incident investigations, risk mitigation, and cultivating a positive safety culture. It’s a key position where you’ll work cross-functionally to ensure a safe environment for all employees. 

Requirements: 

- 5+ years of experience in EHS or related field - Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or equivalent experience required - Deep understanding of food safety and regulatory compliance - Experience conducting safety training and leading investigations - Ability to develop and communicate EHS policies and procedures - Experience working with OSHA standards and audits - Strong ability to collaborate, influence and train at all levels - Experience handling Workers Comp, return-to-work, and ADA - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
