Are you a skilled HVAC Estimator looking to advance your career?

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HVAC Estimator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a HVAC projects specifically for multifamily low to midrise.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a HVAC Estimator you will:

• Estimate mechanical costs for a variety of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Work closely with project teams, including engineers, VDC (BIM) designers, schedulers, foremen, customers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review plans, perform material take-offs, and prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical piping systems.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior team members while collaborating with Senior Project Managers.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 2-5 Years of HVAC Estimating HVAC for multifamily projects
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Effective Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with teams and clients.
• Code and Specification Knowledge: Familiarity with energy codes, project specifications, and local building codes.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records of completed estimates.
