What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate BIM/VDC efforts for HVAC, mechanical piping, and plumbing projects

  • Prepare detailed mechanical, HVAC, piping, and plumbing drawings

  • Develop block wall openings and coordination drawings for all building services

  • Produce accurate as-built drawings and construction drawing packages

  • Participate in clash detection and design coordination meetings

  • Support project teams from preconstruction through project completion

  • Maintain and organize CAD/BIM content libraries

  • Assist with QA/QC reviews and model cleanup

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and project delivery processes

What They’re Looking For:

  • 5–8+ years of BIM/VDC experience within commercial construction

  • Strong background in Mechanical, HVAC, Piping, and Plumbing coordination

  • Experience supporting building construction projects from design through field execution

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred

  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management abilities

  • Proficiency with Autodesk/Revit/BIM platforms

  • Experience with clash detection, coordination meetings, and field collaboration
