Key Responsibilities
Assist in design and project management for land development projects (residential, commercial, and mixed-use).
Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management designs.
Collaborate with senior engineers, surveyors, and planners on multi-disciplinary projects.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Attend client and municipal meetings as part of project support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
EIT certification required; P.E. license (or ability to obtain within 12 months) preferred.
3–8 years of experience in civil/site/land development engineering.
Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software.
A proactive communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
