  • Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management designs.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers, surveyors, and planners on multi-disciplinary projects.

  • Attend client and municipal meetings as part of project support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

  • EIT certification required; P.E. license (or ability to obtain within 12 months) preferred.

  • 3–8 years of experience in civil/site/land development engineering.

  • Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software.

  • A proactive communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 – $100,000+ (based on experience & licensure).

  • Annual bonus program tied to individual and company performance.

  • Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) with match.

  • Flexible schedules + hybrid options for better work-life balance.

  • Paid professional development: PE licensing, continuing education, and career path mentoring.
