A well-established Pittsburgh law firm is seeking a highly motivated Transactional Business & Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with corporate, transactional, and real estate experience who is looking to work directly with experienced partners and take on meaningful client-facing responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of corporate and commercial real estate matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, real estate transactions, contracts, and related business matters.
Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts and real estate documents
• Assist with business transactions, entity formation, M&A, joint ventures, and financing matters
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on transactional and commercial real estate issues
• Work directly with firm partners and clients on active matters
• Manage multiple projects across various practice areas
• Support clients ranging from businesses and individuals to public entities
Qualifications:
• 2–4+ years of experience in corporate, transactional, business, or commercial real estate law
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Excellent research and writing abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
