Are you a Trusts & Estates attorney with a tax brain and a knack for helping clients plan smarter futures? A well-regarded firm on Long Island is looking for a 3–5 year Trusts & Estates Planning Associate to join their team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Drafting and implementing estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related planning documents
Advising clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning strategies
Assisting with trust and estate administration matters
Collaborating with senior attorneys on sophisticated planning for individuals and families
Communicating directly with clients to help them understand and execute their planning goals
What They’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in Trusts & Estates / Estate Planning
Strong tax background (estate, gift, and income tax exposure strongly preferred)
Excellent drafting and analytical skills
Licensed to practice in New York (or ability to waive in)
Someone who enjoys both the technical side of planning and building client relationships
The Details
Salary: Up to $160,000
Billable Requirement: 1,600 hours
Schedule: Primarily on-site on Long Island with remote flexibility when needed
Environment: Collaborative, client-focused, and supportive
