About the Opportunity
Well-established, family-owned dental practice in the Ramsey County area is seeking a Licensed Dental Hygienist to join their growing team. This is a long-standing, non-corporate office with a strong reputation in the community and a very supportive, team-oriented environment.
The practice is expanding and adding an additional dentist this summer, creating the need for another hygienist to help support an established and steady patient base. They are open to full-time or part-time candidates and offer a very flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine dental hygiene procedures including cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Take digital X-rays and assist in diagnosing oral health conditions
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience
Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist license required
Nitrous certification preferred but not required
Strong communication and patient care skills
Team-oriented attitude
