An award-winning construction client known for outstanding customer service, a strong safety record and a solid reputation is looking for an Estimator to join its team. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience as an Estimator across commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Put together and estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material costs
• Apply Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write and present budgets, reports and project plans
• Develop and manage estimates on multiple projects running at the same time
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets
• Experience on projects valued up to $50M
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience

• A base salary of $70,000-$130,000 based on your experience
