Your contributions will directly enhance client satisfaction, strengthen relationships with both clients and carriers, and fuel the success of the department.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Mastery: Take charge of managing a select group of high-value Commercial Lines clients, offering exceptional service and proactive support to meet their needs.
  • Process Improvement Leader: Identify and implement strategies to enhance workflows, boost productivity, and streamline departmental processes.
  • Growth Catalyst: Help drive the achievement of agency goals, contributing to a culture of success and excellence.
  • Client Experience Advocate: Continuously enhance the client journey, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
  • Carrier Partnership Builder: Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with insurance carriers to improve service and coverage options.
  • Adapt and Grow: As the agency evolves, take on new challenges and responsibilities that align with your growth and career advancement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance with a proven record of success.
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license is a must.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with Applied Epic is a plus; strong Microsoft Office Suite skills are essential.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, with the ability to work well in a team environment and support others in achieving collective success.
  • Solution-Oriented: Quick thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Self-Motivated & Driven: Goal-focused, accountable, and motivated by success.
