 We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience to handle a diverse caseload and is ready to hit the ground running on day one! The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocating for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about case developments.
• Collaborate with medical experts, accident reconstructionists, and other professionals to build strong cases.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and case law affecting personal injury claims.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar license in Wisconsin
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law.
• Proven track record of successful case management and resolution.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
