Commercial Roofing Production Manager

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Roofing Salesman with 3-5 years of proven experience in the roofing industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine client needs and propose appropriate roofing solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
