Position Overview
The Superintendent will lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects, including scope, schedule, subcontractor supervision, quality control and safety enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship
Review drawings, and sequence work to maintain schedule adherence
Implement and enforce safety programs daily
Provide weekly reports to project leadership
Collaborate with project management team for logistics, materials and manpower planning
Qualifications
8+ years of commercial construction superintendent or foreman experience
Proven ability to manage multi-trade field operations
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with blueprint reading and field layout
