Full-Time Hybrid Role in Mount Laurel, NJ!

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
Draft and file family law pleadings, motions, certifications, and correspondence
Prepare discovery requests and responses, including Case Information Statements
Organize and manage client files, calendars, and case deadlines
Assist attorneys in preparation for court appearances, mediations, and trials
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Manage billing entries and time tracking for assigned tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a family law paralegal in New Jersey or Pennsylvania
Strong knowledge of NJ family court procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
